I grew up in Carson City, Nevada and moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowain 1990. In 2002, I moved to Hazelton, Iowa. While in Cedar Rapids,I attended Kirkwood College and obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Interior Design. In addition, I attended Carlson College of Massage Therapy and graduated in the fall of 2004.

My interest in massage therapy began with my father’s terminal illness. At that time, it sparked a desire in me to help people with acute and chronic pain relief. After graduating from Carlson College,I began my journey as a licensed massage therapist doing “travel massage” until early 2008. While living in Hazelton, I also worked with a chiropractor in Oelwein, Iowa where I specialized in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Pregnancy Massage.

In the summer of 2006, I relocated to Dubuque, Iowa where I tooka position at the Hair Berdashery Salon and Spa. I continue to work part time at that facility. In August 2007, I began working atIntegrating Wellness where I continue my work with Deep Tissue, Swedish, Pregnancy and now Hot Stone Massage. Other techniques that I offer: Myofascial Release, Infant Massage, Lymphatic, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Salt Scrubs and Detoxifying Wraps.

I am available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Integrating Wellness by appointment at 563-690-0506. On Thursdays and Fridays, I am available by appointment at The Hair Berdashery Salon and Spa (phone 563-582-8042). Saturday appointments are also available.
